On most review platforms, only 1 to 5 percent of customers actually write a review. And it is usually the people with a complaint. The large group of satisfied customers stays silent, so it counts for nothing.
That skews the picture. A company that serves hundreds of customers well gets judged on the handful who were unhappy. The result is not a score that reflects the real experience, but the loudest one.
Of every 100 customers, only a few write a review, often the unhappy ones. The whole score rests on those few voices.

We thought it should be fairer
Verifio started from a simple belief, born out of our own experience: a reputation should reflect the real experience of every customer, not just the few who took the time to complain.

Where we are
Verifio is built and run in the Netherlands. Our infrastructure is hosted in Germany, and the few service providers outside the EU are listed in our privacy policy. We are a small founder-led team, and questions land straight in our inbox.
