Who can use Verifio
Verifio is open to consumers in the EU/EEA who have placed an order with a partner webshop, and to legal entities operating an EU-based webshop.
Reviews must be your own experience
By writing a review you confirm it reflects a genuine experience as a buyer. Fake reviews, paid reviews, and competitor-targeted reviews are removed and may result in the closure of your account.
Webshops cannot remove reviews
Webshops can flag reviews on legal or abusive grounds, but the decision to remove a review rests with Verifio's moderation team. Verifio does not accept payment or pressure to hide reviews.
Subscriptions
Webshop subscriptions renew monthly. The first three months at launch are free for all plans. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — no lock-in contracts.
Compliance badge
The Verifio Certified badge attests that, at the time of issue, a webshop has met our compliance checklist. Verifio may revoke the badge if the shop is found to be in breach. Re-attestation is required yearly.
Liability
Verifio is not liable for losses caused by transactions between a consumer and a webshop. Verifio's role is to publish honest reviews and an attested compliance status.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes go to a competent Dutch court.
