Solid, but packaging could be better
The speaker arrived in good shape but the inner packaging was loose — luckily nothing damaged. Sound is excellent for the price.

Returns process too slow
Unit arrived faulty. Return label took five days to issue and refund another week after they received the package. Felt like pulling teeth.
